Welcome to The General Lift Company
The General Lift Company was established in May 1986 to provide the best lift services at the most competitive rates. Since then, our company has continued growing to become a well respected London-based lift company.
We are pleased to be able to supply many services to our clients, from maintenance and repairs to full installations and refurbishments.
These installations have included the fastest passenger hydraulic to the tallest MRL's in the country.
Our clients are varied, from large nationally recognised institutions, international companies to Health authorities and educational bodies. We are able to provide top quality services in all areas of passenger and goods lifts including planned maintenance, call-outs, repairs, refurbishment and installations.

The General Lift Company Limited is a BS EN 81 ISO 9001: 2015 Registered Company, and our range of disabled and wheelchair access platform lifts have been typed tested and risk assessed by an EEC registered and notified body and therefore carry the CE /UKCA standard
